Are your items homemade?
Everything is homemade from scratch with the finest ingredients. There are no preservatives in any of the items. All items are made as close as possible to your delivery date so they'll be as fresh as possible.
How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Once prepared, cheesecakes must chill overnight, therefore we need at least a one day lead time on non-shipped orders. During the winter holiday period, we need at least 3 days advance notice. Any item being shipped requires a minimum of 3 days advance notice. Additional charges also apply to shipped items.
How do I order the "Latest" or "Special" items from those pages?
Click on the photo of items on those pages and you'll be taken to the appropriate page where you can place your order.
Can I make a special request or make a substitution?
Absolutely! Cheesecakes are very versatile and can be made with almost anything. We can create a personalized cheesecake just for you.
Some cheesecakes are made with alcohol, can I omit that?
Absolutely. Some of the alcohol burns off during the baking process, but some remains. If you'd like the alcohol omitted, simply note that on your order. For most items the difference in flavor is minimal, or can be remedied with a non-alcohol substitution.
Do you make items lower in sugar and fat?
All cheesecakes are made with regular cream cheese but can be made just as easily with low-fat or non-fat cream cheese. We can also lower the sugar or use a sugar substitute. There are many options to provide you with a low fat, less calorie, but just as delicious dessert. Simply request these options when you place your order. Some price adjustments may apply.
Do you ship outside the Fresno area?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Cakes are frozen, packed with dry ice and shipped OVERNIGHT through Federal Express. Shipping charges are the applicable charges from Federal Express, plus a $10 charge to cover dry ice and packaging. Federal Express rates vary, depending on day of the week, location, time of delivery and weight. Generally, Federal Express costs run anywhere from $40 to $85 per shipment, on top of the cost of the item and special packaging. Since there are many variables, shipping costs cannot be posted for items. Contact us through the website in order to determine additional shipping costs and to set up online payment.
