How do I order the "Latest" or "Special" items from those pages?
Click on the animated symbol next to the picture of those items or the picture itself, and you'll be redirected to the order page for that item.
How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Once prepared, cheesecakes must be chilled overnight, therefore we need at least a one day lead time on orders. Around the holidays at least 3-4 days advance notice is appreciated. If we're shipping your cheesecake we require a minimum of 2 days advance notice.
Are your items homemade?
Everything is homemade from scratch with the finest ingredients. There are no preservatives in any of the items. All items are made as close as possible to your delivery date so they'll be as fresh as possible.
Can I make a special request?
Absolutely ! Cheesecakes are very versatile and can be made with almost anything. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll do my best to find the best tasting and unique item to match it.
Some cheesecakes have alcohol, can I omit that?
Absolutely. Generally the alcohol burns off during the baking process so that only the flavor remains. But if you're sensitive to alcohol or simply don't want it included just make a note during the order process.
Do you make items lower in sugar and fat?
All cheesecakes are made with regular cream cheese but can be made just as easily with low-fat or non-fat cream cheese. We can also lower the sugar or use a sugar substitute. There are many options to provide you with a low fat, less calorie, but just as delicious dessert. Simply request these options when you place your order.
Can I substitute items?
Absolutely! I am currently working to make the site more "substitute" friendly. Prices may differ based on chosen changes.
Do you ship outside the Fresno area?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping charges vary and can be anywhere from $30 to $75 per cheesecake. This is in addition to the cost of the cake. Shipping is done through Federal Express Overnight Service. Cakes are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice. For specific quotes please contact us.
